Thanks to the gifts and generosity of many, we exceeded our $20,000 fundraising goal by $7,329! We are humbled and grateful for the many contributions that made this possible. Every dollar will be invested into building the leadership of our youth, providing fresh organic produce to our community, and organizing for food justice. SUMMER HAPPENINGS AT GTC

Summer is our busiest time, with over 25 youth bringing their amazing energy to our farm and farm store.  We are buzzing! Stop by anytime we are open to get a tour and shop with us! We are open Wednesday - Saturday every week.  Remember, if you use your SNAP dollars to shop with us you will get money instantly back on your card! Yes, it’s true! Free produce ($40 - $80/month depending on your family size) thanks to the HIP program for families receiving SNAP benefits!  And our fruits and vegetables are locally grown, freshly picked and pesticide free!

If you visit Wednesdays after 3 pm, you will see GTC EATS!, our farm share, in full operation with youth on bikes pedaling produce to neighbors and families near and far gathering to pick up their produce.  Come earlier in the day between 11 am and 1 pm on Wednesdays or Fridays through August, and our summer intern Tess, working with GTC youth, will be cooking up a delicious treat prepared with produce in the farm store.  Watch, taste and take home a free recipe.
