While we can't gather in person, we still want to celebrate our community and find strength in each other this harvest season. Join us to celebrate our harvest, our youth, and our work for food justice. Cook delicious meals with our farm-fresh produce boxes and share online to come together with the GTC community virtually!

This event is the kick-off for our fall appeal - donations will be gratefully accepted.
We will also be selling extra food and merchandise, and raffling off a GTC gift basket. Come join us!

How it works:
  1. Pre-order a produce box online by Wednesday, November 4th. These boxes will include a selection of squash, sweet potatoes, cranberries, greens, russet potatoes, corn, garlic, and cornmeal, and are SNAP/HIP eligible
    1. You can pay with credit/debit card, or use the coupon code SNAP at registration to pay at pickup with your SNAP benefits
    2. You can also order extra boxes to be given to local families in need - simply add the extras to your own by adding them to the "Number of Attendees" field, and write "Donation" in the contact fields on the following page. These extras will count toward your raffle chances!
  2. Pick up your produce box at our farm store (200 Walnut St in Springfield) on Saturday, November 14th. Raffle winners will also pick up their prizes
  3. Make farm-fresh food with favorite recipes of GTC's staff, or create your own.
  4. Share your best meals on social media (@gtcspringfield, #gtcfallharvest) and check out what others have created
Raffle information:
  • Every $5 you spend will go toward 1 raffle ticket - this includes dollars spent on extra boxes or donations!
  • The raffle drawing will take place prior to the event, and winners will be informed in advance so they can pick up their prizes with their produce boxes
  • Winners who do not wish to claim their prize can pass it on, and another drawing will take place
