JOIN A COMMITTEE
GTC's committees are made of staff, youth, board members, and dedicated volunteers. If you're interested in working behind the scenes to help us further our goals as an organization, there may be a committee for you! Whether or not you have had previous experience at a nonprofit, we encourage all to come lend their skills and pitch in alongside us.

Events CommitteeOur events committee helps to plan and run GTC's larger events, like our annual Fall Harvest Celebration. If you have experience with event planning and outreach, graphic design, volunteer coordination, or anything in between, this may be the committee for you!
The committee generally meets once every other week for a period of time preceding the event. Commitment to meetings and event attendance is not mandatory, but preferred. Development CommitteeThe development committee focuses on GTC's ongoing donor cultivation and fundraising efforts. The committee generally meets once per month. |
Communications CommitteeStarting soon, we envision this committee to be the strategy behind GTC's outreach, responsible for creating and curating content showcasing our youth, volunteers, social justice work, and events. We're looking for volunteer photographers, videographers, and those with experience in social media, branding, or reporting. Help us build this committee from the ground up!
Finance CommitteeThe finance committee balances the budget, overseeing fundraising campaigns as well as farm store income and general operating expenses. The committee generally meets once per month. |
